Work has begun this week on beautifying our neighborhood. We will be preparing the soil, grinding stumps, adding sprinklers, planting flowers, cleaning walls, and restoring the signs that read Devonshire Country Estates, Devonshire Highlands, Chateau Highlands, and Scottish Terraces. A new sign will be added to the wall at Lassen Street and Tunney Avenue on the northwest corner. I would love to have any help in the way of time, flowers, talent, or funds!
